Our Blog is Your Blog

Part of the idea behind having a blog for Working Daze is to increase our interaction with our readers.  So we want to know what you think.  What do you like about Working Daze?  What don't you like?  Do you have any suggestions for future topics you'd like to see covered?

Scott and I are flexible.  (Okay I'm not that physically flexible these days but still mentally.)

One of the things that I would enjoy seeing is some of the ideas that you didn't use in the daily, or perhaps some that may have been too risque for the daily paper. I am sure that an active sci-fi imagination has to have the occasional prurient idea. As a sf reader for years and a fan of such legends and Heinlein, Asimov, Anderson, and Anthony, it is part of the culture, high-tech heros and the gorgeous women who share their adventures.

To really get some input, annoy people. Annoyed people are the best for posting. Sadly it often deteriorates into a name calling session since most people have no idea how to effectively argue, but it will generate traffic.

Send the bimbo in short skirt to my office. We have a lot of shredder scraps that need to be picked up.

My husband is a senior database administrator and we both love this cartoon. Lately he's been working on a project for an electronic time clock and some remote POS (point-of-sale) software for his company's retail stores.

Maybe you could do cartoons based on some of Rita's hair-brained ideas for those two areas of business?

On another thought, I work as a behavioral therapist. I would love to see you guys tackle the idea of bringing in an I/O psychologist to help Rita become a better manager. That would be hilarious!

I absolutely love this comic. It makes working in my cube world not so bad. I mean I have the co-worker that never bathes and stinks to high heaven, the one that is neurotic to the point of insanity, the one that never works but insists that she's the hardest worker of all, the princess, the hardest worker of all (not me, but I'm close)that can't let go of past relationships, the mom of the group and me, the one who wants walls all the way around. All of us packed into a space designed for 4 people. Imagine that working world. Maybe you could tackle those traits in your strip. I already laugh my butt off reading this, I'd love to see you handle the stinky one the most!!!
